Emotion Code vs Body Code vs Belief Code By Dr Bradley Nelson™?

Through the Emotion Code we can release trapped emotions only. Through the Body Code we can identify and release a variety of 'imbalances' found in/related to: energies (including trapped emotions), circuits & systems within the body, toxins, pathogens, misalignments, and also identify nutritional/lifestyle needs. With the Belief Code By Dr Bradley Nelson™ we can release faulty Belief Systems (1 per session). Our beliefs affect how we see the world, and therefore how we think, how we feel (our emotions), and how we act.

Do I need to prepare for my session?

It is important to be hydrated for your session so drink plenty of water. Have an open mind and be open to releasing some trapped emotions/imbalances/faulty beleif systems.

What happens during an Emotion Code session?

With your permission I connect energetically to your subconscious mind.

We find a trapped emotion (around general wellness, a specific issue, a 'block', or a goal) based on the (max of 2) focus issues that you detailed at the time of booking.

We do this by asking your subconscious mind, using a chart of 60 emotions, and using muscle testing (kinesiology) for a yes/no answer.

A memory of when this emotion became trapped may come to mind, you can share this if you wish, but it is not necessary.

We release the trapped emotion by using a magnet swiped over the head (along the governing meridian).

We repeat the above process and typically release between 5-10 trapped emotions per session, everyone is different, and it is your subconscious mind that decides what to release and when.

Throughout the session I note down the trapped emotions we have released, and you will receive a Session Report via email after the session - see below for an example report.

We find (energetic) imbalances (around general wellness, a specific issue, a 'block', or a goal) based on the focus issue (max of 2) that you detailed at the time of booking.

We do this by asking your subconscious mind, using the Body Code system, and using muscle testing for a yes/no answer.

We release the imbalances by using a magnet swiped over the head (along the governing meridian).

We repeat the above process and release more imbalances during the session, everyone is different, and it is your subconscious mind that decides what to release and when.

Throughout the session I note down the imbalances we have released, and you will receive a Session Report via email after the session - see below for an example report.

We identify a faulty belief system (around general wellness, a specific issue, a 'block', or a goal) based on the focus issue (max of 2) that you detailed at the time of booking.

We do this by asking your subconscious mind, using the Belief Code By Dr Bradley Nelson™ system, and using muscle testing for a yes/no answer.

We release the faulty belief system and any other imbalances (energies) associated with the belief system by using a magnet swiped over the head (along the governing meridian).

Throughout the session I note down the faulty belief system, and any associated imbalances that we have released, and you will receive a Session Report via email after the session - see below for an example report.

What happens after a session?

After a session there is ‘processing time’ (typically between 1-5 days) where your body takes time to adjust after your trapped emotions have been released. It is important to implement and practice good self-care (sleep, diet, drink plenty of water).  After a session you may feel lighter, at peace, calmer, and/or positive emotional change. Approximately 20% of people experience processing symptoms which are short lasting and may include but are not limited to: crying, emotional ups and downs, sleeplessness, a need for extra sleep, fatigue, vivid dreams, nausea, or headaches, disrupted sleep, irritability, 'echos' of the emotions released, worsening of discomfort before improvement.

Distance/Proxy sessions.

What is a Distance/Proxy session?

Accepted Answer

For distance/proxy sessions, with your consent (given at the time of booking your session), I act as ‘proxy’ (this means to stand in for or represent someone) on your behalf, and connect to your subconscious mind energetically. Once the connection is made I muscle test & release trapped emotions and/or imbalances on your behalf focusing on the issues/goals/blocks you have listed at the time of booking your session. When trapped emotions and/or imbalances are released from someone at a distance, it is a form of remote or distance energy healing. Although distance energy healing modalities have yet to be incorporated into Western Medicine, these have been practiced in both ancient times and modern times. I work on my own in my office (at a distance). You are not present during the session and can go about your everyday business - you can even be asleep.

How is a Distance/Proxy session possible?

The Emotion Code works with energy, everything in our world including us, and our emotions are made of energy. Energy has no bounds and transcends space and time which has been confirmed with modern science through the field of quantum physics. Therefore, with your consent, The Emotion Code can easily be performed at a distance. Distance/Proxy Emotion Code sessions are just as effective as a session via online video call. This incredible capability opens up The Emotion Code to helping people all across the world, regardless of location.

Emotion Code Session vs Heart-wall Session?

A Heart-wall session focuses on releasing trapped emotions surrounding the heart only. An Emotion Code session focuses on a particular issue (e.g. stiff shoulder), or block/goal (e.g. lack of career progression). The trapped emotions released can be located anywhere in the body.

What is the subconscious mind?

The subconscious mind is your own 'super computer', it's a data-base for everything which is not in your conscious mind. It works in the background and is responsible for all of your automatic processes in the body such as breathing and digestion. It stores your beliefs, previous experiences, memories, and skills. It knows everything about the inner workings of your body. It knows what's wrong and what you need. Your subconscious mind records everything that you have seen, done, or thought. Your subconscious mind controls what you gravitate towards, what you shy away from, and is dependant on your programming.

According to Dr Bruce Lipton author of "The Biology of Belief", the subconscious mind can process 20,000,000 bits of information per second. The conscious mind can only process 40 bits of info/sec. The subconscious mind is much more powerful as it can process 500,000 more info/sec than the conscious mind.

How many sessions do I need?

There is no easy answer to this question. Releasing trapped emotions/imbalances/faulty belief systems makes conditions right for the body to heal itself/or to move forward in life. Some people feel better almost instantly, however in my experience most people feel subtle changes that seem to come over time after several sessions, everyone is different. In my experience it also depends on how long have you had a particular issue and/or how deeply rooted it is. In addition, sometimes other issues may come up that your subconscious mind deems to be more important to deal with. Trapped emotions/imbalances/faulty belief systems will be released in every session which can make a difference however small it may be.

Can a trapped emotion come back?

No. Once it is released it is gone forever. However, we may find multiple instances of a particular trapped emotion, each one from a different age/time/event.

Do I need to talk about my past or trauma?

Accepted Answer

No. Only if you want to. We can refer to the event causing your discomfort or imbalance, simply as ‘an event’ and your subconscious will know what we are referring to. During a session memories of when an emotion became trapped may come to mind you can share these if you wish, but you do not need to. We can ask your subconscious if the emotion became trapped during the event you are thinking of. You don't need to disclose the event.

The Emotion Code/Body Code/Belief Code By Dr Bradley Nelson™ are non-invasive, safe, and require little time and effort on your part. No talking about the past is required which makes it non-invasive and cost effective compared to other kinds of therapy. Everything discussed or discovered is always kept confidential. Your subconscious mind has a built in safety mechanism and will only choose to release the trapped emotions/imbalances/faulty belief systems that it knows it can safely release at the time. These modalities are based on free will and consent, therefore it is not possible to release trapped emotions/imbalances/faulty belief systems without your permission.

I’m not a healer - I just release trapped emotions/energetic imbalances in the body/faulty belief systems which in turn creates the right conditions for your body to heal its self and/or for you to move forward in life.

The Emotion Code/Body Code/Belief Code relies on free will, therefore the session will only be possible with the recipient's consent (or parent's/guardian's consent if a child or an animal/pet) - I don’t read your mind, your subconscious mind chooses what it wishes to release and when.
