EQUILIBRIUM IN MIND AND BODY

What is the Belief Code?
The Belief Code builds upon the fundamental principles of the Emotion Code and the Body Code. It is a sophisticated, succinct, and transformative energy healing method. It uses a mind-map based system to identify and release unwanted (faulty) beliefs, reverse, or replace negative systems of thought, and create space for new empowering beliefs. This can bring a wide range of transformative benefits to many aspects of your life.

What is Belief?
A belief is a personal view held by the subconscious mind that something is true or false, right or wrong, and is the filter (or the blinkers!) through which we see and experience life and the world around us. Beliefs represent a global and absolute truth created by self-conclusion and/or through suggestion. Beliefs are primarily created by the subconcious to keep us safe, but sometimes the subcouncious comes to faulty conclusions and thus creates faulty belief systems. Most of our beliefs are created between the ages of 0-7 years when our prefrontal lobe and cortex were still developing. During this time we operated mainly in alpha and theta brainwave states - highly suggestable states. As a result we absorbed everything from our environment like a sponge without question.
Our beliefs affect how we see and percieve our life, and the world around us. This in turn affects how we think, how we feel (our emotions), and how we behave/act.
Faulty Belief Systems
Beliefs are part of a faulty belief system. The Belief Code addresses the 4 main layers of a Faulty Belief System and can be explained simply by using the structure of a tree as an example:

Negative Programs (the leaves and branches) are at the surface level of our Belief Systems. These are often recognised as our automatic negative thoughts.
Limiting Beliefs (the trunk) are the second level of our Belief Systems. These are the beliefs which cause our automatic negative thoughts.
Faulty Core Belief (the roots) are the original or first beliefs in our Belief Systems.
Faulty Core Identity (the soil in which the tree grows) usually forms in early childhood, before the age of 8 years, when ideas and beliefs are absorbed without question as the brain has not fully developed. Faulty Core Identity is not always present in a Belief System.
