EQUILIBRIUM IN MIND AND BODY

About Me
Hi, I'm Claire and I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and a Certified Body Code Practitioner. I live in Scotland with my partner Iain, our dog, our pygmy goats, and sheep. I love the outdoors and in my spare time enjoy traveling, trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and photography.

My journey to becoming a Certified Practitioner
In my late 20s to late 30s I experienced upper back pain which got so debilitating that I could no longer participate in the outdoor activities I love. I had a scan which determined there was general wear and tear in my upper back. Through much research and reading I found out that most of the general population have these wear and tear issues in their back but most do not experience any pain – this got me thinking…..there must be something else at play here! Painkillers were not helping much so I stopped taking them and looked for natural alternatives for dealing with the pain. After spending a lot of time reading about and trying different energy healing modalities I came across Dr Bradley Nelson’s book, The Emotion Code. I participated in some distance emotion code sessions with a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner (CECP) and noticed small but gradual improvements. I taught myself how to muscle test, and over time I released more and more trapped emotions from myself and noticed a further improvement in my back pain. I was soon able to take part in the outdoor activities I love and still do today. I am now pain free. The Emotion Code is the only energy-based healing modality that I have found that is incisive, gets to the root cause, and therefore offers a permanent solution. I continue to use the Emotion Code on myself, my family, and my animals, to help with any injuries, discomforts, or other issues.
I decided to train as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and then a Body Code Practitioner, so that I can help others release their emotional baggage/imbalances, and live life to the full - whether that's spending quality time with family and friends, participating in the hobbies you enjoy, or spending time in the outdoors with nature.
