The following terms and conditions will apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Cards available at www.equilibriuminmindandbody.com (‘Website’).


1. Gift Cards can only be purchased through our Website.

2. The minimum value needed to purchase an Equilibrium in Mind and Body Gift Card is £10 and the maximum value is £500.

3. Gift Cards ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.

4. When ordering a Gift Card, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Card.

5. Our Gift Cards must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of services from our Website.

6. All Gift Cards are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Card.

9. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.

10. Gift Cards remain the property of Equilibrium in Mind and Body, and may not be tampered or interfered with, without our consent.

11. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

12. The re-sale of Gift Cards sold via this Website is strictly prohibited.

13. Force Majeure: Equilibrium in Mind and Body cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.


Breach of these conditions will entitle Equilibrium in Mind and Body to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
